The former hotel has been cleverly and tastefully renovated to make it the perfect safe place to gather people together. Owned and run by Amanda Clark and Bob Stevenson who have owned the house for over 10 years.

Sitting at the foot of Glen Lochay on the banks of the River Lochay and looking up to Sron a Clachain there are few more beautiful spots in Scotland.
The building dates back to 1765 and was originally a coaching inn. In more recent times it has been carefully renovated by a variety of owners and still retains many of the original features and character whilst offering everything that today’s guests expect from a home from home.
The House at Bridge of Lochay is located on the outskirts of the village of Killin in Highland Perthshire. We can sleep up to 30 people in our 13 en suite rooms and have lots of space and excellent amenities to allow groups of family/friends or colleagues to enjoy themselves. It is perfect for gatherings of friends and family, small weddings, celebrations and corporate team building events.
In addition, The House is just a short walk from the village where there is a range of restaurants, bars and shops, not to mention great walks and lots of outdoor activities. The Riverside location is very special and the surrounding countryside stunningly appealing.
There are very few houses available to rent in Scotland which can accommodate up to 30 people with en suite bedrooms and which are just a walk from a village and amenities.
The owners live in an adjacent property and are there to welcome guests personally and ensure that guests have the best possible experience.
